Crafted exclusively from the exquisite Hirsch Pinot Noir grapes, handpicked across four distinct vineyard blocks, this creation stands as a testament to our commitment. The moment of harvest mirrored that of their red Pinot Noir, capturing a harmonious spectrum of ripeness within these grapes destined for greatness.

The grapes underwent a meticulous process, beginning with destemming followed by an overnight maceration, a ritual that bestowed upon them a depth of character. Subsequently, the juice was delicately pressed and entrusted to oak barrels for a transformative fermentation, devoid of artificial yeast or disruptive stirring. It was within these barrels, where around 20% new oak played its part, that the evolution of this rosé unfurled its narrative.
