Moreau’s 2021 Bourgogne Blanc is a great introduction to his style, richly flavored with a plush texture.  The wine was sourced from three different parcels within the great Morgeot section of Chassagne-Montrachet then matured in neutral oak for 16 months.  Moreau preferred neutral oak just to soften the edges rather than to mask any of the natural flavors. Having studied in South America and under the renowned Jean-Marc Roulot,this wine is of incredible value and should not be overlooked.
