This parcel, spanning both the Santenay and Puligny sides, boasts vines that were thoughtfully planted in 1988, 2001, and 2012, bringing a diverse range of character to the wine. The distinct terroir is reflected in the soils: a deep, compact clay on the Santenay side and a finer composition with 20% limestone near Puligny, contributing to the wine's nuanced complexity. The harvest is carefully executed, followed by a vinification process that involves aging for 10 months in 228 and 350 L oak barrels, of which 25% are new.
