Crafted from a small, organically farmed vineyard in the Mâconnais region of Burgundy, these vines, planted in the 1970s, channel a powerful expression of Bourgogne Blanc while maintaining freshness and vibrancy. The wine is fermented without any addition of SO2, and lees are not always incorporated. Notes of tart lemon curd and green apple shine, with a backdrop of crisp minerality.
