A Locally Sourced, Non-Alcoholic Wine Alternative Crafted with Ingredients From Our Farm
We are excited to partner with our friends at Kally, who share these same values, to create a verjus-based, non-alcoholic wine alternative that captures and celebrates the essence of wine country while utilizing ingredients harvested directly from our farm.
Together, we’ve created two unique beverages—Plum Shiso and Pear Verbena—that not only celebrate our farm’s bounty but also tell the story of Sonoma’s rich agricultural heritage. Like every Kally product, these beverages begin with a base of verjus from young, tart organic Chardonnay grapes. Verjus imparts a bright, vibrant flavor that captures the essence of the vineyard’s early harvest. We then explored the rich range of ingredients we grow and selected purple shiso and lemon verbena, both of which are grown abundantly on the farm.
Ultimately our collaboration goes beyond the product—it’s about shared values of responsible production, transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary and celebrating Sonoma’s agricultural richness by providing an alternative use for high-quality grapes and supporting our grape-growing neighbors in the process.
