The 7 Crus Extra Brut NV is a 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir coming from seven different terroir in Champagne. 60% of this 7 Crus bottling is from 2019 with 40% of reserve wines that is aged between 24-36 months on fine lees and disgorged 60 days before release. Bright and wispy aromas of apples, pear, brioche, and white flowers spill onto a medium-bodied, pristine palate with a satiny fine mousse, a true delight.
