Frederic of Miniere F&R worked alongside Anselme Selosse, of the famed Selosse Champagne House, for two harvests in the late 90s. It was then he was fated to fall in love with Champagnes with barrel age and grapes that saw careful organic viticultural practices.
The Minière family plot was planted by their father in 1973 (0.45 ha) and is dedicated to equal parts Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
