Arbois is home to some of the most outstanding dry, non-oxidative white wines in the Jura, and Domaine du Pélican’s Chardonnay has been a staple since the estate’s inception. Sourced from multiple high-elevation parcels, these vineyards are among the highest they farm. The wine is aged in large French oak barrels, with just a small percentage of new oak to add subtle roundness. The result is a fresh, vibrant wine with remarkable intensity and grip.
