Reflets cuvée is a blend of the three main grape varieties of Champagne, with a predominance of Meunier followed by Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The grapes come from five villages: Damery, Cumières, Hautvillers, Fleury-la-Rivière and Vauciennes, reflecting the terroir of this wonderful Domaine. Part of the fermentation takes place in oak barrels, and the cuvée is aged for 20 to 30 months on laths which paves way to a wine of immense texture and purity.
