Mee Godard is a talented winemaker who worked her way from Oregon to Montpellier to study Enology. After graduating, she puchased land where she could afford it, in Beajoulais, falling in love with the terroir and calling it home. She sources primarily from Morgon and is a one-woman show for production. She farms organically, hand-prunes with low yields, and runs a strict cellar, employing both carbonic and non-carbonic methodology to her structured Gamays.
