from two separate plots , planted with very fine Pinot Noir with an average age of more than 50 years. These vines are located on the finage of Meursault in the localities Champans in Puligny-Montrachet (32 ares), Hautes Coutures or Grandes Coutures in Meursault (45 ares). Matured entirely in barrels according to quality criteria identical to those of the Premiers Crus, it is regularly vinified with a proportion of 30% whole grapes. Demonstrating a unmatched energy in it's youth and packed with red fruits that will happily go alongside any Thanksgiving meal - this wine can happily age under glass another 10 years in your cellar if you are in search of a more tertiary experience.
