Nearly impossible to find state side, "La Rue des Foins" is made from half a hectare spread across two parcels between Corgoloin and Comblanchien. These parcels were singled out by Didier Fornerol and Jean-Pierre de Smet over time for continually producing higher quality fruit that is singular and unique when bottled separately. Not destemmed and light extractions, the wines are aged for fourteen to sixteen months entirely in barrel, only around 10% of which is new oak.
