Through innovation and a pursuit of the highest complexity and purity in their wines, the XXI Cuvée was created. This unique wine is a combination of some of their most famous parcels vinified together into a single blend called XXI (Twenty-One). The vintage 2021 marked a return to the classic style of the Loire Valley—cool, wet, and acid-driven. These wines are magical now but also have the potential to age gracefully for another 15–20 years.
