Three different plots planted in limestone soils contribute to this wines composition. 52 total acres, only located on the finage of Meursault in the excellent places called Hauts de Coutures and Magnys. The vineyard is pruned Guyot simple and cordon de Royat and the plants are between 10 and 50 years old. The young vines are planted at high density, around 4,500 feet and above. To optimize yields, the winery only leave a maximum of eight to ten bunches on each stock. The yield is always less than 50 hl/ha, which makes it possible to obtain a wine with a refined, elegant and concentrated structure - such an inviting and delicious expression of this variety and completely delivers table side with this singular nerve that leaves you wanting a second sip.
