Pelaverga thrives in Verduno, the northernmost commune of the Barolo growing zone. Fratelli Alessandria puts just as much care into their Pelaverga as they do with their Nebbiolo. The grapes are farmed organically and harvested by hand. Fermentation happens in stainless steel and is aged for 6 months before bottling.
