On December 2nd, 2019, we brewed this special beer with our dear friends at SingleThread to commemorate their 3rd Anniversary on the actual day! SingleThread 3 is a beatifully balanced SAison with notes of spice and jasmine. A unique blend of Brettanomyces yeast strains adds to the complexity of this beer. Bottle-conditioning created a fine carbonation and softer mouth feel. Enjoy!
